SHIPPING

 Due to current events, as we all navigate the global pandemic, we only offer ground shipping at this time and can not guarantee delivery times.

 J\JAQ always offers free USPS and UPS ground shipping on all orders to anywhere in the continental United States with tracking.

 You will receive email confirmation with a tracking number once your order ships (within 3-5 business days from your order date).

 Please double check the address you provide with us. Most items are one-of-a-kind pieces that we will not be able to replace if an incorrect address or addressee was given. ***J\JAQ is not responsible for anything lost in the mail due to an incorrect address or addressee that was provided.

 We do not yet ship outside the continental USA.

 Our merchandise is carefully folded in tissue paper, placed in our signature J\JAQ box, & wrapped delicately in satin ribbon.

 Purchases of all our clothing and select accessories come with a J\JAQ Certificate of Authenticity numbered and signed by our artist, Jenae.

 Gifting Included -- We offer personalized, handwritten message cards – perfect for any gifting occasion.

RETURNS

 Before you buy: We strongly encourage you to double check your measurements with the size chart and/or measurements we provide for each item. Don't hesitate to contact us with any additional questions or concerns about sizing.

 Return policy: We know it’s difficult to get a sense of how something will translate from screen to in-person; therefore we offer returns on unworn merchandise in the original selling condition within 7 days from when your item was confirmed delivered. *Please save the original shipping boxes as you will need to use it to send the item back. *Please note: all face masks are final sale*

 Steps to start your return: Please visit our contact page and provide us with your order number and details about the reason for return (you must be within the 7 day return policy). We will look over your order and upon approval we will send you a pre-paid label to return the item. Properly pack the item in the original shipping boxes, print the label and mail your item back to us within 2 days of receiving your mailing label. Once we receive the item it will be inspected. Upon approved inspection, we will email you confirmation of receipt and your refund (minus the return shipping cost) will be processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method. ***Please note: If the item/s being returned are not in the original selling condition, the item/s will be sent back to the original address provided and without refund.
